To unlock this difficult you will first need to complete the game on Grim. Once unlocked you will need to prepare to torture yourself and dedicate some serious time and patience towards this playthrough. If you have a friend to play this with, you may want to invite them so you can cover each other as you progress. This may increase the difficulty slightly, but it will give you an added extra advantage, someone to cover you.
Obviously before you start, you will need to know the levels inside out. You will also need to find the weapons you’re most comfortable with and what your enemies do. Also how they react and their weaknesses. Just like any other hard difficulty, this is decided to be difficult, so don’t get frustrated, take your time and prepare to die and start over.
Your environment contains various hazards that you can use to your advantage, so make sure you use cars, barrels and other explosive hazards to your advantage. You can obviously lure zombies, and train them with flares. They will also follow you regardless so set traps and lead them into them.
Learn your weapons and make sure you always stock up on ammo at every checkpoint. You may want to max out the weapons you use often, then pay less attention to weapons that are more obsolete. Grenades, Mines, Flares, Dynamite, Missile Launcher, SMG and the Rifle are most likely going to be the more commonly used weapons, but the others can also be extremely useful if used right.
With all these upgrades, you’re also going to need to earn points. So don’t bypass crates and storage lockers. Collect as much loot as you can and use it wisely as you’re going to need to replenish your ammo and weapons. If you know what’s coming, prepare before hand and get ready to deal with the threat ahead.
Good luck, and if you manage to beat the onslaught that follows, your reward will be unlocking the Undead difficulty.

Before you can complete a mission on Undead, you will need to beat the whole campaign on Morbid. You only need to complete one mission on this difficulty, just take your time. After completing Morbid you shouldn’t have too many issues with this difficulty, just take your time.

Playing with a co-op partner is a little tougher than playing normally, but you will earn more points and have a far more enjoyable experience. If you’re having difficulty finding a co-op parter, then you can play on your own with a second controller. You will need to kill off the second controller after each checkpoint. If you’re playing solo and using this method, the games difficulty will be a little more challenging, but if you’re a dead nation veteran, this shouldn’t be a problem. You can also play on any difficulty so braindead is proffered.

Complete A Mission Without Dying
This is fairly easy if you’re playing or normal of braindead. Just complete the first mission without dying. You can take damage, you just can’t die. If you’re playing co-op, you may find the game a little tougher, but as long as you stick together you should be fine. After completing the first mission without dying this will unlock.
Skilled
Complete A Mission Without Receiving Any Damage
This can be a little tricky to earn due to the rather strict requirements. I recommend playing through the first level on braindead, but take the level very slowly. I don’t recommend trying to do this on your first playthrough as it will be almost impossible due to not knowing what is coming. You could also bring a friend to help out and allow them to do most of the work while you hang back and avoid being hit.
Just make sure you know what enemies are in the level, where they spawn and what to expect. The hardest part will be the areas that flood with zombies. If you know what to expect, lay mines and look for a safe corner to back into.

By the time you finish the game you will most likely have a fairly large chunk of zombie kills. Just kill everything that moves and replay missions until this unlocks. By the time you finish the game you should have over 10,000 kills by the time you finish your first playthrough. And if you play through every other difficulty after normal you will most likely earn this on the last playthrough you complete.
If you don’t have this by the time you’ve earned all the other trophies, just replay missions you feel comfortable with and kill everything that moves. Once you finish the mission, keep replaying it until this unlocks.
Aim For The Head
Perform 500 Headshots
This will most likely come naturally as you progress, but the most common way to score a direct headshot is to hold down 
while using the rifle. This will allow you to use charge shots, which will kill standard infected with a single headshot. Repeat this 500 times and this will unlock.
Up Close & Personal
Perform 500 Melee Kills
Using your knife can be extremely risky, but it can also save your life is you have zombies chasing you. If a zombie is close, press 
and you will slash at the zombies in front of you. If you want to speed this up, just play on braindead and melee as many enemies as you can.
Blown To Bits
Blow Up 1 000 Zombies
Two of the most common and useful weapons that you have at your disposal will be mines and grenades. You will also unlock the missle launcher at some point. Just use these weapons and this should unlock around the half way point in the campaign.
Pyromaniac
Burn 1,000 Zombies
Burning zombies can be quite effective as it slows them down. You can use either molotovs or the flamethrower to complete this. You won’t earn this weapons until you progress info the story, but they can be quite effective against large groups of enemies. Just be careful when using them as with lack of care you can cause damage to yourself.
You will need to kill 1,000 zombies with fire based weapons for this to unlock.
Misc
Car Killer
Destroy 500 Vehicles
As you progress you will find vehicles all over most levels. These can be useful distractions as well as a good way to clear groups of zombies. Just shoot every single car you see until a red flashing circle appears around the vehicle. Just remember to stay away as they will explode and cause damage to whatever is near the blast radius. Just repeat this 500 times until it unlocks. This will most likely unlock once you finish playing the harder difficulties as you progress.
If you haven’t unlocked this by the time you’ve earned all the other trophies, just replace the first level on braindead and shoot every car you see. You can just keep repeating this until you meet the requirement.
Upgrader
Fully Upgrade A Single Stat Of Any Weapon In Campaign Mode
Just as the description says, you can only earn this while playing the campaign mode. The first weapon you will most likely fully upgrade is your standard rifle. You only have to fully upgrade one stat of a single weapon, so this will come with general progression through the game.
Weapons Specialist
Fully Upgrade All Stats Of Any Weapon In Campaign Mode
This is basically the same as “Upgrader”, but this time you will need to fully upgrade the stats of a single weapon. The standard rifle is the cheapest and the most commonly used weapon. So you will want to upgrade this weapon as soon as possible. Just keep earning points and upgrade with your progression.

For this you will need to be connected to the PSN. Once you complete the first mission this will unlock as your stats get uploaded to the global leaderboards.

For this you will need to collect all loot throughout every mission. The following videos will allow you to earn “Top Gear”, “Looter” and “King of Looters”. You will also earn “Suit Up” if you haven’t already earned it. Just follow the videos carefully and you shouldn’t have any difficulty earning this. You may want to attempt this on braindead so the zombies don’t cause you any extra hassle.
