The following list are the challenges that you need to complete to earn “Challenge Accepted”. This requires you to complete all level 1 challenges that aren’t level specific. This may seem quite a task, but by the time you finish the game you will have completed most of them. So, this is just a checklist so you can see what requirements are needed.

There are a few of these challenges that can be a little tricky, or time-consuming but overall most are fairly easy and require little to no effort to complete.

Just remember that you only need to complete the first level of all of these challenges. Once you reach level 2 you can either move on, or continue to complete the challenge for more badass ranks.

Kill Jimmy Jenkins once

Out of all the challenges, this is the one that may cause the most problems. Jenkins is a random loot minion that jumps out of various loot boxes around the borderlands. You will know when he pops out as he will have a unique name of Jenkins. This is somewhat of an easter egg, but the developers left him in and made him a challenge. He’s extremely rare, so if you see him, make sure you kill him to complete this challenge.

    Looks like you need to kill Terramorphous for it to unlock. I had done everything on this list and as soon as I killed him it unlocked. Bit weird!

    with the rocket launcher you have to complete the ‘kill an enemy with rocket launchers’ fully before another challenge unlocks. Pretty sure this is a bug that’s not been rectified.

    Same goes with the shotgun. The challenge that requires you to shoot them at point blank range has to be fully completely up to rank five before another challenge unlocks.

    You’re right, this isn’t really a guide, it’s more of a checklist which is part of the main guide. But I’m not really sure what else you we’re expecting, this is more for referenece that to tell you how to do every single one. I think the little sub headings do a pretty good job of that themeselves.

    As for why this isn’t unlock, I will have to look into it and see if I can find an answer. I’ve heard some people having issues with it, but so far, I’ve not run into any issues myself. Just carefully check over your challenge list and make sure there isn’t something that looks out of place. I’m also not sure if the new new game DLC affects these challenges either, but I know they’ve caused a few issues on launch.
