Break a sweat
Defeated the Celery in a quick calorie challenge
Celery is your easiest opponent, but it barely gives you enough time to burn the amount of calories required to defeat him, if you play normally, you will not be able to defeat the Celery or any of your opponents, so you must do something like jumping, swinging your arms around, walking back and fort instead, you need to aim to get 0.30 – 0.50 per second on any of the Calorie Challenges.
Here’s a good tip as well, any games such as Table Tennis or Pin Bowling, which requires you to start the timer by starting to play the game normally, you can grind out Calories in these, you may get to where you need to be by just staying in these and not playing normally, you have infinite time during these so long as you don’t activate anything (if you do activate anything, take the Celery here for example, he is 5 minutes, but it will keep on playing until the amount of games have been played, so don’t worry about that time running out on you), there is also games that give you time to play before and after the game, so take these chances when you are given them.

Milk Shake
Defeated the Banana and Milk rivals in a single session
This is for defeating Banana and Milk rivals during the same session as each other, just make sure not to dashboard or turn off the console.
Fast Food
Defeated the Pizza and Soda rivals in a single session
This is just like Milk Shake, but instead you have to defeat the Soda and Pizza rivals during the same session as each other, same thing again, just don’t dashboard or turn off the console.
5-a-day
Defeated any 5 calorie rivals within a single day
This is for defeating 5 calorie rivals within a single day, now you can just defeat Celery over and over to get this achievement quickly or you can stack a good few achievements along with it.
- Celery (Break a sweat)
- Banana (Get energetic)
- Milk (Feel the burn + Milk Shake)
- Soda (Fighting Fit)
- Pizza (Calorie Champion + Fast Food + 5-a-day)
This achievement isn’t for doing them all in one session, but it is easily possible to do within one session, just do not leave it too late to do any of these, as it becomes a new day within game once it hits midnight (real-time), so make sure to do this early on, this should take just under 2 hours to do.
A calorie Rival a day…
Beat any calorie rival every day for 5 days in a row
This requires you defeat a calorie rival every day for 5 days in a row, after doing 5-a-day, you should still have the Chocolate rival (Maximum burn) remaining, so make sure to defeat him on the day after you do 5-a-day, that will be day 2, then the rest of the days can be done by just defeating Celery, or whoever you want.
For example:
Day 1 (first play): See 5-a-day for more information.
Day 2: Chocolate Rival
Day 3: Celery Rival
Day 4: Celery Rival
Day 5: Celery Rival (this achievement should unlock once you defeat this rival).
Again, you can’t leave it too late, because if it becomes midnight during your play, that will mean you have missed a day and will mean you will have to restart the 5 days, the Celery Rival only takes 5 minutes and is easy enough to defeat.
Going offline and tampering with your time does not work anymore for this (it did when the DLC was just released, but that has been patched), so it has to be 5 days in a row in order for you to obtain this achievement, just take 5 minutes out of your time each day using the easiest Celery Rival, to save you from having to start over again, make sure you do have time from the start of this DLC to be playing at least once a day afterwards for this achievement.
