Author Notes:
Warning!: Ninja Gaiden 3 Online modes require an Online Pass to play, it can either be bought with the game new, free of charge, or if you bought it used/rented, you will have to pay 800MSP for it, Online Pass is required if you want the completion of this game.

*Note, there is 11 online achievements that require online, but there is technically more as the Ninja Trials get really hard in the later difficulties, making them impossible to complete solo.

Story

Steel on Steel Steel on Steel
Destroyed the Steel Spider.

You will fight the Steel Spider on Day 1, this is a rather easy boss, just destroy its legs, making sure to back away when you manage to destroy each one as they self destruct, then finally once that is done, you will be able to jump up onto the back of the Steel Spider, and will just have to follow the Quick Time Event that appears.

The Grip of Murder The Grip of Murder
Finish Day 1.

Day 1 is completed once you defeat the opponent in the red coat, he isn’t that hard, and if you die during this battle, you will be placed wherever the last checkpoint was, the main thing to watch out for is his grab, just repeatedly press , and this should be a good enough tactic to get him down.

Mind the Gap Mind the Gap
Escaped from the monorail.

After you go onto the Monorail in Day 2, you will be ambushed by enemies, simply defeat them all, they are not that hard, you can actually just stay back and aim with your bow ( + RS to aim, then  to fire), after all the enemies have been dealt with (including some choppers, but they shouldn’t pose too much of a threat here), you will then have to follow a Quick Time Event, which allows you to escape the Monorail.

Bumpy Ride Bumpy Ride
Finish Day 2.

At the end of Day 2, you will have to fight this more advanced chopper, it’s not actually that harder than the normal choppers, while you are fighting it on ground, just use the bow (refer to Mind the Gap for information in using the bow) on the missile launchers below its wings, then when you do a Quick Time Event, and land on one of its wings, you just have to destroy the turret, then you will be back on the ground, you will have to do the same thing again, then destroy the other turret, then again, you will be back on the ground, just do the same again, but this time you will aim for the main thing and you will take off one of its wings, and that’s the chopper defeated, make sure to dodge any falling missiles and move out of the chopper’s way when it comes at you.

Beyond the Flames Beyond the Flames
Made it through the fire.

During Day 3, you will have to run away from missiles coming down at you, if you are caught by these, it will be an instant death, you know where they are going to land based on looking at the markings on the ground, be prepared to jump and slide a couple of times and just keep running, don’t stop, once you have passed this bit and back to safety again, the achievement will unlock.

Antediluvian Slumber Antediluvian Slumber
Finish Day 3.

At the end of Day 3, you will fight a T-Rex, this fight is actually very easy if you know what needs to be attacked, first off, don’t bother attacking it, it will start charging, simply dodge it (directional button + to make a quick dash) eventually it will slam itself onto the ground, now go over to it and attack away at its legs, repeat this progress until you reach a Quick Time Event, simply follow what it tells you and then after it you will notice everything except for its head is covered by a metal barrier, just repeat the same progress you did for its legs but instead this time, attack at its head, you will then get a Quick Time Event for this, and now it will be complete metal, you now must run away from it, making sure to jump and slide to avoid obstacles, once you have come to an end, you will then enter a Quick Time Event, during this, you will have put a rocket in its mouth, you must shoot this rocket now with your bow ( + RS to aim, then  to fire) then this will take you to the third form, whereas its head will be once again unprotected, but first you will do a Quick Time Event, then just repeat what you did before so you will be able to attack its head, then you will do one final Quick Time Event to finish this boss off.

The main attack to look out for is its bite, if caught by this, the T-Rex will put Ryu inside his mouth, then spit Ryu out but along with that, half of his health will be gone, it is very easy to dodge though, just make sure when you see the T-Rex getting up after attacking at him for a while, make sure to back away, another attack is the Tail swing which is the alternate attack he does if you were fighting at its legs, since you will not be fighting him while he is standing, you will not need to worry about the stomp attack, he does this attack if you stand below him when standing up, it will cause a Quick Time Event where you must press to get away, but during this, your health will go down, the T-Rex is one of the harder bosses of this game if you just go at him without knowing of the strategy or where to attack.

Abysmal Creations Abysmal Creations
Escaped from the Chimera Disposal Facility.

During Day 4, you will land up in a room full of experiments, you must defeat all of these, first off they aren’t that hard, most are down within a single attack, it’s what comes after can be very frustrating, they will eventually change into these monsters, the snake-like ones can spread poison gas, while the gorilla like ones will grab more and eventually go into a berserk mode where they will roll about and so on, after the first bunch of these experiments have been dealt with, after so many of these in different areas and so on, you will land in this waste room of sorts, where the acid will damage you, fortunately there isn’t as many experiments down in this area than there was in the upper areas, after this, you must escape this area, by Kunai Wall Climbing, Wall Running, Rope Crossing, etc, its press straight forward, if you are stuck in where you should go, press RS down and that should show you the way, you’ll unlock this achievement once you are out of this area.

The Great Escape The Great Escape
Finish Day 4.

At the end of Day 4, you will have to defeat the God Prototype, this boss is really easy, it’s just straight forward attacking it, dodging any attacks it throws at you, every so often, you will enter into a Quick Time Event where Ryu will slice off her arms, the battle will go on until she brings out the arms which look like the gorilla type’s enemies arms, then she will escape, you will get a short cut scene, then you will head to the room that she has went to, again it’s similar, you’ll go through probably at least three sets of all her arms, until you finally cut off her head, now when you find out the place is going to self destruct, you will have to start running, but the head will come back at you, and you will be in another Quick Time Event, once that is sorted with, run through the halls, making sure not to get attacked by the experiments, there may be a few that come out of the containers, which will jump onto you, you will be entered into a Quick Time Event to get rid of these and be fast as the doors close and once they close, you will have to restart the escape, the doors won’t be high enough for Ryu to just run through them, so you will need to slide in order to get past them.

The Acolyte The Acolyte
Successfully responded to Sanji’s ambush.

Note: This could be miss-able as it requires you to have success in a Quick Time Event.

While in the Ninja Village on Day 5, Sanji will pop out of no where, and a Quick Time Event will activate, it’s a very easy one, so the chances in failing this isn’t likely, once you have done it successfully, the achievement will unlock.

The Karma of a Shinobi The Karma of a Shinobi
Finish Day 5.

At the end of Day 5, you will fight the Black Spider Clan Witch, despite the size of this boss, it actually goes down fairly fast, you will start off on its arm, and you will have to fight about several Black Spider Clan Ninjas, then you will be able to attack at the vulnerable part of the arm, make sure to use the bow when you see her hand coming towards you, again after you have done what you could with the vulnerable part, you will have to fight another several Ninjas, keep an eye out for when it starts to glow again, and again, watch out for her hand, after you get this part done (there will be a Quick Time Event at the end), you will then climb up the rest of her arm, making sure to dodge anything that pops up, then you can do another Quick Time Event straight away on this vulnerable part, Momiji will be freed, then you will go over to the other arm, and be able to do a Quick Time Event on it straight away, then you will be finally on-top of her shoulder, you will have to fight several enemies here, but Momiji will help out with this so it isn’t hard at all, then you will be able to attack the vulnerable part, while doing this, Momiji should do a shield spell if she isn’t occupied by something else to protect you from the upcoming attack from the Witch, so you can keep slashing away without a worry, again you will do a Quick Time Event on this as well once it is weakened enough, then you will head over to the Witch’s face and get rid of the last vulnerable part with another Quick Time Event, and that will be this boss defeated, as you can tell from my description it’s really just a lot of Quick Time Events and hardly any fighting required at all which is the reason why this boss is so easy.

Evil Twin Evil Twin
Defeated the Epigonos.

During Day 6, you will come across Epigonos, this boss fights similar into how you fight, the first part is pretty easy, all you have to do is dodge and repeatedly press to be able to defeat this boss, should go down quickly, and this is the part when the achievement will unlock, however there is a second part of this fight that poses to be a bit more of a challenge, again all you have to do is repeatedly press and making sure to dodge, the boss will eventually glow red, at this time, you cannot attack it with normal attacks, what I did here was just stayed out of the way until Ryu’s arm started to glow red, then I held and released to do the Ultimate Technique, you have to do this about 3 times before this boss is defeated, the main attack you will want to watch out for is it’s Ninpo, it is similar to the Ninpo that is used Online and in Trials, so it’s easy enough to dodge.

Waiting Waiting
Finish Day 6.

There is nothing too hard at the end of Day 6, the hardest part of this day was the boss Epigonos which is explained in Evil Twin.

Ahab Ahab
Land on the Black Narwhal.

After you escape the ship that is currently being shrunk, you will land onto the Black Narwhal, first you will have to attend to two Steel Spiders, they are just like how you fought them first time, just make sure to keep your health so you can fight the next one without having to worry too much about defense.

After you have dealt with the Steel Spiders, you will have to fight this Mech, it has three stages and is possibly the most frustrating boss of the game, just because of the damage it can do with most of its attacks.

Stage 1
This Stage is fairly easy, you are aiming for the arms, one arm will do an electric force-field attack, similar to what the spiders do, and the other will do a flamethrower attack, both of these are very damaging attacks if caught within them, but they are easy enough to dodge, concentrate on the flamethrower one first, when it is doing a flamethrower attack, get to the side of the hand and attack at it, keep doing this until the hand is gone, once the hand is gone, when you next attack this arm it will be a Quick Time Event whereas Ryu will slice the arm off, now for the arm that does the electric force-field attack, you’ll know when it goes towards slamming its arm down, it will have an electric spark on it, back away if you are within the ratio for the force-field to get you, once the force-field is gone, you can now move in to attack the arm, repeat this, this arm tends to do more attacks within the stages that it weakened, so make sure to keep an eye on the arm to make sure you don’t land into a second force-field, once you have destroyed the hand, you can again do a Quick Time Event to get rid of this arm and thus completing this stage of the boss.

Stage 2
The boss will now be in flight and will aim missiles your way, drop missiles and once it is near defeated, do several beam attacks which have damaging effects if caught in them, to attack this boss, aim for the orange part that is seen below its face with the bow, making sure to dodge any missiles coming your way at the same time, it is important you try to keep your health during this part of the battle, and this part isn’t that hard at all, when you have done so many bow attacks, it will open it’s mouth and start firing out beams at you, to dodge these just make sure you have Ryu between the dots you see on the ground before it comes at you, once this is done, do a few more bow attacks and that should be this part of the boss finished.

Stage 3
This is probably the most frustrating part of the battle, since it is now back on ground but now has wheels and will attempt to run you over, which only takes about 3 hits on Normal to kill Ryu with, so you have to make sure to stay alert in this part, again you will be hitting the wheels with the bow until they eventually stop working, then it will unleash beams, this bit was a bit confusing to me at first, but all you have to do is stay within the middle (you are safe here) and run towards the boss, then a Quick Time Event will start, after you have done this, this will be this boss defeated.

This achievement is only for landing on the Black Narwhal, so you will get it before this boss, the guide is just there to help people who may have got stuck with this boss.

Advent of the Goddess Advent of the Goddess
Finish Day 7.

At the end of Day 7 you will have to fight the Red Cloaked man again, he isn’t any different from the Day 1 fight, and is actually very easy, this is just one part, and at the end you will do a Quick Time Event which will finish him and that will be this day completed.

Brothers Brothers
Defeated Cliff.

During Day 8, you will have to fight Cliff, the first part of this fight is fairly easy, just repeatedly press and dodge attacks, every so often you will do a Quick Time Event, after this part, Cliff will fly up and stay in the air, attempt to use the bow against him, then you will get a short cutscene where the bow will be took off you, and afterwards, enemies will come out, concentrate on them until Ryu’s arm glows red, hold and release to do the Ultimate Technique, whereas, you will drop Cliff back onto the ground, again it will be back to how it was at the start, you will have to do the Ultimate Technique strategy 2 times to finally defeat him, the attack you should watch out for is when the ground around Cliff starts glowing, I never seen how damaging this attack was, but I’ll say if you were caught within it, it would have been damaging enough, everything else is really easy to dodge though, so this boss isn’t too hard.

Atonement Atonement
Defeated Theodore.

This is another easy boss, it shouldn’t be too different from the Advent of the Goddess boss, just dodge attacks, and then you will be triggered to do a Quick Time Event at the end, which will finish him.

Hero Hero
Cleared the game on Hero.

This is for clearing the game on Hero difficulty which is the Easy difficulty of Ninja Gaiden 3, if you clear the game in Normal, you will be able to unlock this achievement as well, so there isn’t much point playing this mode if you can handle Normal, which for overall Ninja Gaiden difficulty level, doesn’t even count as an Easy setting.

Shinobi Shinobi
Cleared the game on Normal.

This is for clearing the game on Normal difficulty, compared to the previous Ninja Gaiden games, this Normal difficulty doesn’t even qualify to be Acolyte level, it’s really easy compared to the previous Ninja Gaiden games, it does have it’s frustrating parts, but if you keep at it, and learn from any mistakes, this difficulty shouldn’t be a challenge at all, here is a guide to the Final Boss of the game, since I defeated her in Normal difficulty the guide will be based off that.

First off, this boss will just consist of a pile of Quick Time Events, these aren’t that hard to do, so this part is easy enough.

Then you will be finally able to fight against her, dodge any falling projectiles she fires at you, then eventually she will start slamming her arm, you can tell where the arm is going to land by the color change of the ground, keep attacking the arm, then once the arm has been attacked enough, she will attack you with the sword over and over again, this is probably the most damaging part of this whole boss fight, after that, she will slam her arm down again, but this time, the surface will crack, you are to get over the left side of her as quick as possible before she does her next slam, once you are on the left side, just keep slashing away and then you will enter a final Quick Time Event, which you will open the core then after opening the core, just press and that’s this boss defeated and the game cleared, the last boss isn’t hard at all, it’s actually one of the easier parts of this game.

Mentor
Cleared the game on Hard.

You can select Hard difficulty from the very start of the game, you can opt to play it through first if you like, the hordes are a bit harder in this mode, bosses are just about the same, maybe more aggressive, but if you have the pattern figured out, they will just be as easy as they were in Normal difficulty, enemies grab a lot more often too than they did, this can be seen against the experiment enemies, to be able to complete Hard and the following difficulty, you will need to learn how to dodge a lot so your health isn’t drained by the constant grabbing.

Master Ninja
Cleared the game on Master Ninja.

Master Ninja is the highest difficulty (without DLC) in the game, it only unlocks once you complete Hard difficulty (see Mentor), Master Ninja difficulty can be frustrating, enemies grab a lot more than they did, you’ll notice this in the experiment enemies, which grabbed enough on Normal, these enemies can be a pain when you have to face them, the boss fights aren’t too different to the previous two difficulties, so long as you have the patterns figured out, you should have no problem with these, it’s more of the hordes that you should be worrying about, it does heal your health after every checkpoint still though.

Trials

Trials are unlocked by completion of Day 2 in Story Mode.

Initiate
Cleared 10 Acolyte Trials.

This is for clearing the 10 Acolyte Trials which can be either done solo or co-op, I may recommend you do these solo as they aren’t as hard as the next stages, and there’s 10 of these so that is enough to unlock Lone Ninja, these trials are fairly easy, you get 5 re-tries on all trials and normally that reverts you to when your health last regenerated, there is a few frustrating ones here and there, but just keep practicing and learning from any mistakes and you should be able to do these easily.

Trials consist of fighting hordes of enemies, and sometimes a boss included.

Veteran
Cleared 10 Mentor Trials.

Mentor Trials are the second type of trials, you will have to complete so many of Acolyte to unlock these trials, once unlocked, you can play, you may prefer finding a co-op partner to do trials with from this point on as they get very difficult for one person to do, if you have someone to do co-op with, not only will the trials be faster, but if one of you do die, then the other can recover you and you’ll be able to fight again, instead of it having to use a retry.

Prestige
Cleared 5 Leader Trials.

Leader Trials are the third type of trials, you will need someone to help with these in co-op, these are very hard to do solo, again if you do it co-op, you and your partner can help each other recover if one dies during the fight to avoid using a retry.

Overlord
Cleared 5 Master Ninja Trials.

Master Trials are the fourth type of trials, again, these are harder than Leader, you will need someone to help with these in co-op and you both will have to have a certain amount of skill in the game, again, you can help each other out and recover when needed to avoid using a retry.

Ultimate Ninja
Cleared 3 Ultimate Ninja Trials.

Ultimate Ninja Trials are impossibly hard, even for two players in co-op, simply, you and your partner has got to be two of the best players in Ninja Gaiden 3 to stand a chance in these, there is only three of them, but they can be tough, near impossible to attempt solo, so you may need the Online Pass so you could stand a chance at getting this achievement, just practice for ages at these, that is the best suggestion I can give, the more you practice, the better you will get, this is exactly the reason why the guide has been given 10 in difficulty.

Lone Ninja
Cleared 10 Solo Ninja Trials.

This can be glitched so it be of your best interest to not touch co-op until you do at least 10 solo, doing all 10 of the Acolyte trials solo shouldn’t be too hard for anyone (see Initiate), you cannot complete a trial you did in co-op in hopes of this meaning you also did it solo, it will still count the trial as completed in co-op, so if you did do any Acolyte trials in co-op, you must complete that amount of Mentor trials, I did Mentor 1 and 6 which seemed to be the easiest ones, but this is just a warning, I was very lucky to have had this unlocked by doing 8 Acolyte and 2 Mentor in solo as there has been people who have done the same as me and still don’t have this achievement.

If you don’t want to risk completing 10 trials solo after having done a couple of trials co-op, then when loading the game, use the Cloud Storage to load and complete the 10 Acolyte trials, apparently this has worked for people.

After you have unlocked this achievement, you can go onto doing I Got Your Back, just in-case that achievement can be glitched in the same way.

Misc.

Falcon Dive Falcon Dive
Learned the Falcon Dive.

This will be your first achievement to unlock, at the start of Story Mode, Ryu will be atop of a building, all you have to do is follow the instructions on-screen.

Sliding Sliding
Learned how to slide.

To slide, just hold forward and press , it is actually similar to how you dodge in the game, but this might only unlock when using it to get pass an area, which you need to do anyways to progress through the story.

Kunai Climb Kunai Climb
Learned the Kunai Climb.

This will come naturally, to Kunai Climb, you will be often faced by a wall, you can normally tell which walls this can be done on, first you have to press and then press and hold both and then start alternating between both buttons, making sure to always keep hold of one so you don’t fall down again, the game will instruct this to you anyways if you have Tutorial settings on.

Flying Bird Flip Flying Bird Flip
Learned the Flying Bird Flip.

The Flying Bird Flip is just a Wall Jump, where you will be between two walls, you can press towards a wall, then just keep repeatedly pressing it until you have reached the top, which is when this achievement should unlock.

Wall Run Wall Run
Learned the Wall Run.

Wall Run is used when you have no path on the ground to use, but you have some kind of wall to use instead, all you have to do is press to jump towards the wall, then keep holding forward so you do not end up falling during this.

Rope Crossing Rope Crossing
Learned how to cross a rope.

There will be ropes to cross from Day 3, you need to cross these for story progression, they are similar to Kunai climbing in a way, you hold and when standing at the rope, then once on the rope, you alternate between those two buttons to cross it, once at the end, press and again and then press to jump onto the platform.

Inferno Inferno
Learned Ninpo.

Ninpo can only be activated once you have a full Ninpo bar, which can be seen under your Health Bar, press + , if done correctly, Ryu will summon a dragon which wipes out most (if not all) enemies you are fighting against.

Ultimate Technique Ultimate Technique
Learned the Ultimate Technique.

Ultimate Technique is performed, either when your sword or arm (story only) is glowing, press and hold then release to unleash the Ultimate Technique attack.

Izuna Drop Izuna Drop
Learned the Izuna Drop.

Izuna Drop is performed by pressing these buttons in this order: , at the end of it, Ryu should grab his enemies in the air and slam them down on their head, you can possibly just get this by button mashing as well.

Steel on Bone Steel on Bone
Cut down 100 enemies with Steel on Bone attacks.

This should come naturally, this is the move which looks like your sword is stuck, whats actually happening is that you have struck the bone, normally there is a Quick Time Event button to use, which is very simple, just be ready to see a button pop up on-screen and press it, apparently you are to repeatedly tap in order to get this type of attack to happen, but usually it has happened at random for me, and when I try to make it happen, it never works.

The Spice of Life
Get 10 customization parts.

You unlock customization parts by leveling up in either Trials or Clan Battles, since this is only 10, this can unlock fast without the need to even enter Clan Battles, customization parts include colors and additional armor for face, arms and legs.

Master of the Katana Master of the Katana
Raised the katana to level 10.

When playing online and getting kills or playing Ninja Trials, your katana level will increase, you should get this before you level up to Lv. 50, you must have katana as your selected weapon for its level to increase, Lv. 10 is the max level for katana, using the DLC weapons will probably not count towards this as they may have their own levels, so to make this achievement go faster, make sure to use the katana.

Hayabusa Style Grand Master
Reached level 50.

There is two ways of leveling up in the game, playing Clan Battle online (Online Pass is required for this), or playing Ninja Trials, I found leveling up faster in Clan Battles if you can do well in them, picking up items such as Crystal Skulls etc will help as they give a massive XP boost, if you are not as good at Clan Battles, you can play Ninja Trials in co-op, playing them in co-op increases the amount of XP you can obtain, if you have the option of only using solo (no Online Pass), it will take you a bit longer to reach this level.

Online

Note: To be able to achieve any of the following achievements, an online pass will be required, see Author Notes for more details on that.

Initiation Initiation
Played a Clan Battle.

This is for playing your first Clan Battle, this is a mode where two clans will fight each other, depending on level, there will be advantages for some and disadvantages for others (such as people just starting), however, to unlock this achievement, you only have to either win or lose, it doesn’t matter.

I Got Your Back I Got Your Back
Played a Co-op Ninja Trial with a partner.

Note: Make sure you have unlocked Lone Ninja first before attempting this as that achievement can be glitched from clearing a trial in co-op!

This is for finishing a Trial in co-op with another player, just create a lobby, eventually another player will join, now you can start it, it can be any Trial you wish it to be, and as long as the other player stays, you can keep playing co-op with each other, co-op makes the trials really easy, so if you are ever stuck on some, co-op might be a good choice to use.

Sneaky Sneaky
Performed a ghost kill.

Ghost Kill is an ability in the Online Mode, where you must reach Lv. 3 to be able to use, to perform a Ghost Kill, walk slowly (you will turn invisible) then when near another player (who is on a different team), press for an instant kill.

Shady
Perform a betrayal.

Betrayal chances are given out randomly, usually you get a contract saying to betrayal your team, to do this, you have click LS and press when near one of your team mates, you will then revert to the other team if done successfully and your previous team will be given the contract to kill you, while the team you just joined will be given the contract to protect you, this is random, and no one really knows what triggers it, just focus on clearing contracts while you play online so you have more of a chance of obtaining this one.

An Honorable Death
Perform harakiri.

Harakiri is an ability in the Online Mode, where you must reach Lv. 26 to be able to use, Harakiri is performed by pressing when at critical health, it actually comes up on screen telling you, you can die of an honorable death, and if you use this ability when you are nearly dead, so long as the opponent doesn’t get to you first, you will kill yourself and they will not get the points for that kill, so Harakiri makes Teamwork easier if you haven’t already got that achievement.

Teamwork
Win 10 team battles.

This technically means Clan Battles that didn’t end up turning into Battle Royale Matches, to win Team Battles, your team just has to be good, I have come across players who sit and do nothing who end up becoming a burden on the team, since everyone will go for that person, if you land up being teamed up with someone who does that, the only way to get them away from your team is after the battle, where you might be placed on the opposite team or just leaving that lobby and searching for a different one.

Ninja Gaiden 3 is similar to Assassin Creed 2 Brotherhood’s Online where higher leveled players are at an advantage, due to knowing more abilities etc, so play some Ninja Trials first as you can level up in those if you don’t want to go straight into Clan Battles online.

This can be boosted in Private Matches if you require this (you must have at least 3 people including yourself, to do this with), but the online is fairly easy to get the hang of, just assist people if you aren’t too confident in battling alone, it is a Team Battle after all, if you see one of your Team mates are hurt badly, as in limping, you can opt to heal them if you get to them before they bleed out, if they bleed out, whoever left them in that condition will get a kill and a point for that team.

Whichever Team has the most points by the time the timer runs out, that Team wins, if it turned into a Battle Royale Match, this will not count towards Team Battle wins.

One Against the World
Win a battle royale match.

Battle Royale occurs randomly in Clan Battle matches, which is the reason why there is no way to select this mode, this mode is a Free For All mode, where every Ninja will fight for themselves, the player with the most points at the end wins, obviously whoever is the highest level in the match will probably have the advantage in this kind of match, simply make sure not to be killed too much, and concentrate in defeating every other player, use Ultimate Technique and Ninpo when you have them available, these two moves are a huge help in any type of online match, if when firing Ninpo, try to get every other player with it, this should give you a huge point boost, however when you are in the lead, you cannot hide or else someone will catch up to your score, keep on the offensive in order to win this type of match.

Snowman
Play the Snowfield stage 10 times.

This is for playing on the stated map within description 10 times, these can be either wins or loses, if you host a match, you will be able to choose which map you get to play on.

Guardian of the Village
Play the Hidden Village stage 10 times.

This is for playing on the stated map within description 10 times, these can be either wins or loses, if you host a match, you will be able to choose which map you get to play on.

Observer
Play the Watchtower stage 10 times.

This is for playing on the stated map within description 10 times, these can be either wins or loses, if you host a match, you will be able to choose which map you get to play on.

Walking Dictionary
Get 100 kanji.

Kanji is the symbols you see in these achievement tiles, you unlock Kanji through trials (although, I am not sure if there is enough trials to do this with or whether you get a different kanji in each play of a trial), this is quickest to gain Online in Clan Battles anyways if you have the Online Pass, in Clan Battles each different player you kill using the Ghost Kill ability (see Sneaky), so say if you were playing against 4 in a team and killed all 4 players of that team with a Ghost Kill, you will gain 4 kanji plus the kanji you get at the end of the game in rewards, you cannot kill a same player twice to get another kanji, it has to be different players, so once you have killed all 4 players of that team with a Ghost Kill, you cannot gain anymore kanji besides the one you get at the end.

This unlocks once you have obtained 100 kanji, you can check how much kanji you have by going into Customize and then going to Change Kanji and above all the kanji you have obtained, you’ll see a number of the amount you have.

I mainly play fighters (Blazblue, Tekken and SoulCalibur), also play Hack n' Slash, and the odd JRPG, I actually play a bit of everything.
