Enemy of My Enemy
Complete Enemy of My Enemy mission.
See “The Departing”.
To Kill a God
Complete the To Kill a God Mission
See “The Departing”.
The Whole Story
Stop and watch all of the memories.
After learning your name you will see a vision. You need to find your purpose. As you leave the area where you learned you name, follow “Your Purpose” around the area and watch all the memories it spawns.
Make sure you follow the visions carefully as one small mistake and you will have to start over. Stay until the memories have finished. If you want to be careful, stay near the current memory until the bird pings the map to move.
Once you reach the section with the egg. caithe will spawn the memory that follows. Do not run ahead and trigger it yourself, just stay behind her and close.
Note: This is currently buggy. Once you reach the rocky tower, it’s highly possible that the achievement will void if you go too far after Braham. Do not go past the bird on the platforms after this memory. Just walk up enough to trigger each one and wait for it to finish.
Defeat Archon iberu without ever letting him drain.
Drain is an ability Archon iberu uses periodically during the fight. He will summon a soldier then feast off of their life force. To prevent this achievement kill all enemies that spawn near Archon. If you have high burst damage and stay close to Archon the whole fight soldiers will die too quickly for him to perform this skill.
Iberu, We Hardly Knew You
Take out Archon Iberu in under 2 minutes.
This may sound like an impossible task, however the boss is very simple in mechanics and quite easy to kill. Just focus the boss and prevent him from using his Drain ability.
Take out 10 Forged with a single mummy bomb.
After learning how to control the mummies, run around The Foundry and grab the attention of as many enemies as you can. The stairs at the start has a rather large group of enemies below. Once you have enough enemies gathered up, use skill 3, this will cause a mummy to run into the group. You can then detonate them with skill 3 a second time.
As long as you kill 10 enemies with this skill the achievement will unlock. There are plenty of enemies within this area, but if you kill them they won’t respawn.
Master of Mummies
Close the portal without ever switching to your personal skills.
To avoid using your skills, don’t press the special action key at any time. Avoid using any personal skills and complete the goal. This is simple enough, just make sure you don’t hit any buttons you don’t mean to.
Have at least 15 mummies under your command.
Once you enter The Foundry you will find several groups of captive mummies. You can have them join you using skill 5. You’re also able to pull them away from their guards as skill 5 have a rather extensive range. Doing so will also not grab the attention of any enemies in the area. This can be used as an advantage to build your small army. This will unlock once you have at least 15 mummies under your control.
Catch the Beast of the Valley five times in a single lap.
Once you learn how to life steal on your mount, you will be put to the test. You need to chase the beast around a hazard filled area. Once you get close to the beast, you need to use the special action to life steal from the creature.
This can be a little tedious, but not impossible. To complete the achievement you need to do this five times within a single lap. You need to do three for the story objective. This may take a few tries, but it’s fairly simple.
Catch up to the Warbeast in under 15 minutes.
This may sound impossible, but it is fairly straight forward. You will need to kill three pylons on the way to remove the barrier at the end of the run. These pylons are protecting three enemies which need to be killed to progress. For the most part you can ignore everything else apart from this objective.
Save the 4 and 5 skill on Sohothin for areas that have high volumes of enemies and pylons. These skills are extremely powerful and make short work. These skills have very long cooldowns so use them only when you feel you need to.
Note: If you’re having trouble with this, bring a friend along to help clear the trash.
Make it through the quicksand without hitting a Branded crystal.
Once you break through the main gate you will reach a section full of quicksand and lots of crystals. You need to navigate the crystals carefully and make it to the other side without your skimmer being hit.
This can be a little tedious, but it’s not impossible, just take your time.
Destroy Additional Pylons
Destroy all of the Forged Pylons, preceding the Warbeast, in the “Beast of War” chapter without dying.
While chasing the Warbeast you will come to a section that is like a jumping puzzle. You will need to use the raptor to get around. After this section you will need to destroy all the Pylons that stand between you and the warbeast. Keep in mind that if you want to earn “Beastcatcher” you will have to pass up on most of the pylons to make good time.
Who Needs a Magic Sword?
Kill Balthazar without using Sohothin
As soon as the fight starts, swap weapon and use only your usual weapons to defeat Balthazar. There’s not much else too it, just make sure to stay out of the AoEs as much as possible, collect the bubbles which apply barrier to your health. There’s some rather forgiving checkpoints in this fight so do your best to progress without Sohothin.
Won’t Get killed again
Don’t get killed by Balthazr’s Ultimate Attack.
During the final fight with Balthazar you will need to defeat him without dying. If you die at any point this achievement will be void.
He will do several very hard hitting attacks, so do your best to avoid them by dodging. At various points in the fight you will need to save Aurene as she will be trapped. Freeing her will allow you to work together and channel a special action ability to break Balthaszar out of his shield.
This fight gets quite intense towards the end, so be prepared to avoid a lot of AoE attacks. Bubbles will spawn on the platform which will give you barrier. Collect them to take odd the edge of some attacks. Aurene will also channel a protective bubble which will block any incoming damage if you’re standing inside it.
I recommend not doing “Who Needs a Magic Sword?” at the same time as this because it drags out the fight. The sword gives you a massive damage advantage, so not using it makes the fight harder.
Talk to all of your party guests.
After the conclusion of the last fast, head back to Amnoon. As you arrive at the meeting place, you will see a crowd and be asked to give a speech. Before you give the speech, talk to the citizens, and the members of Dragon’s Watch. Once you’ve spoken to everyone with a marker above their head this will unlock.
Saturday Night Fever
Get the party started.
Once you’re able to freely walk around the area, head over to the stage with the balloons and three musicians. Stand in front of the stage and emote /dance to unlock the achievement.
